To open a bank account at ING, you can simply walk in and the job will be done within 20 minutes. No meeting is to be scheduled, all you need are the right documents and the card will be sent to you within 5 working days.
Necessary Documents:
Tenancy agreement (this will prove that you reside in the country);
Valid passport / ID (this will prove you are you à make sure to bring an original copy and not a photocopy. Also, in case you are unsure that your ID is valid, a passport is always the safest option).
BSN (this will prove you are registered in the municipality)

The free Rabo Student Account features a bank card to be used at ATM’s and shops in The Netherlands and Europe. It also provides you with access to Rabo internet banking on computer and smartphone.
