Step 1: Login at belastingdienst.nl
Step 2: Mijn toeslagen

Step 3: Choose login method

Step 4: Enter DigID information

Step 5: Next to Zorgtoeslagen, click on Aanvragen

Step 6: Type in the date of the start of your health insurance
Step 7: Click on 'Ga Verder'

Step 8: Click on 'nee'
Step 9: Click on 'Akkoord en verzenden'

Step 10: After reading, click on 'ga verder'
Step 11: You are done!

Rent Benefit
Step 2

Click on the ‘Aanvragen’, the one next to ‘Huurtoeslag’
Step 3

If you have never been on MijnToeslagen before, you get this window. Fill in your IBAN (banking details) and the name that is on your debit card. After that, click on ‘Akkoord’.
Step 4

Fill in the moving date. If you have done this, the rest of the questions will appear. Tick the ‘Ja’ box and fill in your IBAN (banking details) and the name that is on your debit card (if required). Then click on ‘Volgende’.
Step 5

Now select the ‘Nee’ box two times (if not selected already) and click on ‘Akkoord’.
Step 6

Fill in your expected income for the entire year. If you are not sure, click on the link for of the calculation help. If you do not have any income, just insert 0. Click on ‘Akkoord’ when you are done.
Step 7
Fill in the costs as follows:
Kale huurprijs = Monthly rent on the third page of your renting contract;
Energiekosten = Energy costs in your cost breakdown sheet (document in AVB Housing);
Schoonmaakkosten = Cleaning costs in your cost breakdown sheet;
Huismeesterkosten = Housekeeper costs in your cost breakdown sheet;
Kosten voor dienst- en recreatieruimten = 0
Huur voor woonwagenstandplaats = 0
